JonasClinic uses contact information only to respond to enquiries and arrange an appropriate next conversation.
Enquiries may come through email or WhatsApp. Information shared through those channels is used to understand the enquiry and respond appropriately.
Appointment requests collect only name, email, phone, appointment type, preferred date and time, privacy acceptance, and optional WhatsApp reminder consent. Please do not include medical details in the booking form.
Online card payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. JonasClinic stores payment provider reference IDs, such as Checkout Session or PaymentIntent identifiers, but does not store card numbers or card security codes.
JonasClinic also uses first-party, privacy-preserving website analytics to understand anonymous sessions, page views, broad referral channels, approximate engaged time, country code where safely available, broad device category, and aggregate interaction with selected educational content such as content visibility, scroll milestones, video progress, selected calls to action, and coarse conversion stages such as visiting Booking, starting the booking workflow, submitting a booking request, server-confirmed booking outcomes, activating WhatsApp or email links, and aggregate concept/category reporting derived from registered educational content, including aggregate knowledge-coverage and pathway signals for human editorial review. Staff may record short non-clinical editorial review notes about aggregate candidate signals. This analytics system does not store raw IP addresses, full URLs, URL fragments, names, emails, phone numbers, booking form contents, selected text, cursor paths, or health information.
When you pay online, payment and transaction data is processed by the payment provider. JonasClinic receives payment status and payment reference identifiers but does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full card security data.
The website is educational and wellness-oriented. No emergency care is provided through this website, email, or WhatsApp.
