Contacting JonasClinic by WhatsApp or email does not create an emergency care relationship.
Submitting an appointment request and completing Stripe Checkout records a booking request and payment status. Appointment details are confirmed separately by JonasClinic.
Appointment submission and payment do not guarantee availability until JonasClinic confirms the appointment.
JonasClinic may decline or redirect enquiries that require urgent, diagnostic, regulated medical, or emergency care.
